The Process

Initial Client Consult
Our Director of Operations will set a time to meet with you on the property or online to figure out the scope of the project, and understand your vision. We can then use this information to establish an initial estimate, and to share insights regarding the build.

Preliminary Estimate
The BangaBuilds team will start by giving you a free and itemized preliminary estimate that will provide you with a better understanding of what the project could cost based on current market pricing. This provides something concrete for decisions.

Contract Outline
After becoming familiar with your vision and understanding the general costs and requirements for your project, we can proceed with a deposit-dependent, pre-construction contract to officially hire BangaBuilds to begin formally planning your project.

Planning & Approval
Off to work! We procure important documents such as surveys, project pricing, and designs. Once the plans are finalized, we will enter into a standardized construction contract and collect a final deposit. Now, we can submit for the Building Permit!

Building Phase
Let's Build! All trade work will take place under the supervision of the Project Manager to make sure the two most important metrics are being met; Completion time, and Cost. Our PM will sit down with you every two weeks to provide you with updates on your project.

We’ll submit your permit applications and represent you in all dealings with the city or municipality, including coordinating all necessary inspections.

Simply click here to fill in some preliminary information, and we'll make sure to get in-touch within 24 hours to set-up a meeting. In this initial meeting, we’ll take the time to get to know each other and understand your vision for your new home. We’ll listen to your ideas, learn about your lifestyle, and discuss details like the size, color, number of bedrooms, and other preferences. After this meeting, we typically create a rough initial budget and possibly a sketch, which will serve as a foundation for our ongoing discussions as we move forward with the project.
